Has anyone ordered from savage fenty?

Hey y’all I ordered some bras from fenty over two weeks ago, I got an email saying they shipped about 2 days later. I’ve been checking the site where you can track the package and it’s been saying that it’s in transit in my town for the last week and a half but I haven’t received it yet. Did this happen to anyone else?

Never ordered from there but I do work in a warehouse and deal with customer service. A lot of stores are being delayed because of back-orders and closed ports. If they cant get their materials, it delays everything. Shipping carriers are also backed up because of the holiday season. I would just call the carrier that is delivering to you if you dont have a tracking number and ask for a update on your package

I made a purchase from Savage X Fenty on November 1st and didn’t receive my packages until the third and fourth week of November (my order was shipped in two separate packages).

I’ve never ordered from them but it could definitely just be the shipping service. There’s a lot of delays because of Covid and the holidays. 
I recently shipped something that was supposed to arrive to the person I was sending it to in 2 days, it took 3 days to leave my postal office, 3 days to ship, and then it sat at their post office for 3 days before being delivered 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s frustrating but there’s not much that can be done about it 😫

I've had a package that was due to be delivered over a week ago. It still says it's across the country, no update on tracking since the 6th. I called the post office and they said, "there's no staff, no scanners, and everything for everyone is got to be extremely late".

Call the post office and confirm where they are. Once they ship I’d there’s any delay it’s on the carrier. Sometimes they let them sit there until they are due to go out again. Especially if they are backed up.
