9 dpo symptoms???

I’m 9dpo and I’ve had cramping, headaches, and nausea all day. I tested this morning and I got BFN. 😩😩😩😩😩 I’m not trying to get my hopes up. This month 5 now ttc. 😭😭😭😭

Those are also common PMS symptoms. Its impossible to tell between the two. Perhaps try waiting a few days before testing again. 9 dpo is still pretty early.
