Do I need a new lawyer?

Long story short. I hired a divorce attorney. We got the paperwork ready to file and the court house ends up having computer issues for 2.5 weeks so nothing was filed which meant my ex wasn’t served. So I emailed her last Monday (one week ago) just to see if there are any updates since I saw a press release stating the computers were back up. No response. I called today and left a voicemail and still haven’t heard back. I’m not sure if I’m just being impatient or not. It’s been almost a month of this limbo stage and I understand the computers are out of her control but she could at least respond when I request updates. Also, the retainer was $5,000 and I’ve used $2,500 so far and nothing has been done besides the paperwork being drawn up and the little communication we’ve had. She’s also a part of a firm.
