Prenatal vitamins/acne

Question

I am taking Rainbow Light Prenatal Vitamins. I noticed my back acne has been terrible. I usually do not break out on my back. Has anyone ever had this side effect? 
What prenatal vitamins do you recommend? 
I love the energy these give me but not liking the acne..

It made me link a thing to comment lol. I also use rainbow light, my OB figured my acne was primarily from my pregnancy hormones. I always had bad acne growing up and BC was the only that helped. Now that I’m pregnant and hormones are all crazy my acne is back. I didn’t have the issue with acne with my son, but this baby seems to be a girl from sneak peak results and my ob says she’s most likely the cause of my acne. I’ve been using the cetaphil gentle skin wash twice a day and it’s gotten way better!!

I tried the rainbow lite ones this time too, I hated them. I wasn’t breaking out but it was definitely doing weird stuff to my skin. I’m using these again (they’re what I used my first pregnancy too) and I like them much better and my skin is too. ❤️

Are you pregnant or TTC? Both times i was pregnant I got HORRIFIC back acne no matter what prenatal I used.
