Estimated full term weight?

I had an ultrasound done today (via a children’s hospital) and was told my baby boy is weighing around 8lbs 7oz and if I were to make it to 40 weeks he would be about 10lbs 5oz 😲 My boy went from 5lbs 4oz 4 weeks ago to 8lbs 7oz today, that’s over a 3lbs gain in a month.

I was told over the next few weeks, the baby should gain 1/2 lb each week, my csection is scheduled for the 28th so I’m just wondering if realistically should I expect a 10lb baby? Normally I wouldn’t think much about the estimated weight since it was wrong with my twins, but I also delivered them at 37 weeks and their last measurement was at 34 weeks and this was done at my OB’s office.
