Colonoscopy and period
So I’m going to be getting a colonoscopy in 8 days and I’m also due for my time ... how’s that gonna work out 😂 am I safe to wear a tampon or ?!
Also , any tips on food for the 7 day “diet” and any good clear liquid foods for that part ? I’m overly stressing about this stupid thing 😫
