What pen works for wooden announcement

See picture below for the announcement plaque I bought. Any tips on what type of pen I should use to look nice and not bleed on the wood?

Is just use a ballpoint pen. Any marker is going to bleed because the wood appears to be untreated. You can test out some options on the back
