So much phlegm!
This is my first pregnancy- is it normal to have lots of mucus? I’m constantly blowing my nose and have that gag feeling of phlegm sitting in the back of my throat all night long. I’m going to ask my doctor if I can take Flonase or something. It’s really uncomfortable and nauseating at times too. Ughhhh
