4 month Sleep regression?

I’m at week 3. Baby wakes up every 1.5 hours 😴 😴

My son is 4 months old today and its been about a week where he wakes up every hr 😭

LO slept through the night for the first time after the regression a couple nights ago. Felt like I woke up from a coma 😂

We never really went through it. We had like 2 nights where she woke up in the middle of the night (she normally sleeps through). Other than that, her wake windows just got longer (from 1 1/2-2 hours to 3ish hours

Nighttime is better but naps are way shorter now. Can’t complain. I voted that it got better because her nights are fine.

We’ve been in it for a few weeks too. Some days/nights are just fine but other times like yesterday he refused to take naps! He would sleep 20 min then wake up and refused another nap for 4 hours! But then he slept well through the night. And then other times he’s up several times in the night but sleeps well during the day.

We are two weeks in and my boy will wake about 4 times a night sometimes just for his dummy and a bum pat sometimes for a proper cuddle. The last 2 nights he’s but you and wide awake for an hour from around half 3 too

I did the Taking Cara Babies class around 8.5 weeks, which its all about setting a good sleep foundation. But she does mention a lot about the good foundation can help you survive the 4 month regression.
I don’t want to jinx myself but we’re basically 2 weeks into it and it hasn’t been horrible. The only thing I’ve noticed is her wake windows got longer and she’s now taking longer more predictable naps. She wakes up more at night but the worst nights have only been every 4 hours, so it’s tolerable.
I’m hoping that sleep class really did help us... but also cautious and waiting for the other shoe to drop 😂😂😂.
