Teeth? Or Epstein pearls?
My son has had these white bumps on his lower gums, one on each corner. I had heard they could be Epstein pearls and they’d go away, but they’re rounder and bigger than the pictures of Epstein pearls I’ve seen. He now feels a bit warm and is drooling more than usual. Also he’s only 8 weeks! So I’m not sure how common this is. Has anyone had this issue?
