How to tell a friend who is struggling with Infertility that you are pregnant?

First of all, you are a good friend for thinking another feelings. As someone who has struggled to conceive my advice is to tell her in person. And then have no expectation for her to be excited for you ...I’d recommend acknowledging that you know it might be hard for her and that you understand if she needs space or time to process it. 💕

I FEEL YOU. My best friend has been trying to get pregnant since this summer and wasn’t, and meanwhile I got pregnant by surprise. I could hardly get excited my whole first trimester because I felt SO guilty. I knew we were coming up on 12 weeks and announcing soon and the night before I was going to tell her, she texted me that she was pregnant! I cried. I’m due June 28 and she’s due July 28 and we are beyond excited to go through this together. 
I had a happy outcome, but I totally know how you feel because I went through that anxiety for 7 weeks. I cried to my husband once a week at least. I hated hiding it from her. I hated feeling so alone. I hated knowing I might hurt her. 
She told me after the fact there was no way she could ever resent me for being pregnant even if she wasn’t and hoped I knew that. Your friend may be a little disappointed for herself, which is totally ok, and she will be SO happy for you.

Tell her yourself don’t let her find out from someone else! I struggled with fertility this time around and it was much easier to hear right from the two people close to me who got pregnant. It will suck, don’t take it personally if they struggle to celebrate big with you or are hesitant to ask about it. You are so sweet to be asking how to have this talk!

I have a friend who isn’t really struggling, she has a 2.5 year old and she is trying to get pregnant agaib for a while and it isn’t working. I am like 14 weeks pregnant and she doesn’t know yet cause like I know she will feel some sort of sadness and envy.. 😅 I dunno how to tell her either

I think the best thing is to tell her before you announce, the fact that your considering her feelings shows how much you care. 
I’d just tell her you are expecting and you love her. Try and keep it simple to not overwhelm her. I hope she will be supportive.
I had many friends/family tell me about babies while we were struggling and it stings a bit but in the end our fertility is our own and we need to try our best to to support and be excited for our loved ones.
