Feeding schedule for 3 nap babies?
Hey all-
We recently went from 4 to 3 naps and it’s working splendidly ... however we were previously using the EASY approach ... and so now that one nap is dropped i find i need to add a dream feed to help my son get the extra calories... this is working fine but selfishly I’d love if he didn’t need it lol.
For those babies with three naps ... what is your feeding schedule like and when do you double up on feeds?
