How do I get my old body back? How do I get rid of this excess skin?
I have absolutely no baby weight and have been doing full body workout with targets towards abdominal muscles and obliques since I was 6 weeks postpartum ( im now 9 months postpartum).
I have a healthy diet plan, consume only 1250 calories a day with a cheat coffee maybe twice a week.
I weigh the same as I did prepregnancy and didn't gain more than 20 pounds while pregnant either.
I used to be a personal trainer for a while
and I just can't seem to get my abs back and I'm getting very defeated.
Literally anything helps.
