Should I open to my mom about my sex life?

I'm 20 and I'm living with my parents. I just got home from a trip and before the trip I made sure to lock my room. I have pregnancy tests hidden in my closet and I also have adult toys. When I got home, my room was locked but the bag where I've hidden the tests were looks like it's been touched. I also forgot to mention that my mom had hidden a handbag in that closet, and it wasn't there. It seems like my mom saw the test but she didn't mention it to me when I got home. Should I mention it to her?
