My son wakes up between 5 and 7, he has a 2 hour wake window and I feed him to start it and then we play. Then he has a nap— tends to sleep anywhere from 30m to 2h, then we start again with the 2 hour wake window and these feeds he gets 6oz. He takes 3 naps a day depending on how long he sleeps, and gets 2 bottles in his final wake window. He goes to bed between 6 and 7:30, depending on how his naps went.
