BOTTOM OF MY STOMACH

Okay y’all, me and my fiancé have been trying for baby #1 for 3 months.. no luck yet :( i’m eight days away from my period and my stomach has never felt like this. the bottom of my stomach is super tight and feels like somethings pinching it. i’m constantly peeing and my back is constantly hurting here lately. anyone know what’s going on?
