Clogged Milk duct by liquid gold pills!!

Hi everyone I started to drink a liquid gold pill everyday from the legendary brand to make more milk since my son is already 1 ur old and with solid foods it’s been decreasing. And since he’s been teething he only wanted to breast feed and felt low in supply so I took them and men now I have a painful golf ball in my left breast making me feel ill like mastitis!!!

What have y’all done to make it go down ?

And what’s a better way to increase milk being my son 1 year!! I believe that with all this pandemic my milk has made he’s immune system stronger to protect him! So I don’t wNt to stop yet ...
