Anxiety + car + hot flashes

I’m currently 27 weeks and now have developed anxiety... never had it before! More so an anxious feeling like everything is caving in on me and I then freak out. Happens a lot in the car 😞 anyone else? Then I get a sudden rush of ho flashes and I get freaked out. It’s currently 33 degrees here and I’m hot constantly.

My doctor prescribed me anxiety meds I’m getting tomorrow , any helpful tips???
