Pregnancy pain😭

Alright so this is my third pregnancy, first ended in a MC, second I went into preterm labor but didn’t have him till 37 weeks 2 days. Currently 36 weeks 2 days area(I’ve been given four different due dates and my doctor has said I’m measuring more than a week ahead) I know every pregnancy is different and everything, but this pregnancy has felt heavier than with my son. Baby dropped two weeks ago and ever since then pelvic pain has gotten a lot worse, hurts to move at times. For the past few days my stomach has been tightening with cramping and some back pain but goes away within a minute or so. I wanna get checked out to make sure everything is okay since Ive already been in L&D awhile back for contractions but mydoctor/hospital is 50 minutes away, where I live it’s been snowing/icy and don’t really have family that can watch my kids for me either so I just have to wait till tonight when my husband gets off work😭
