Almost 13wks and bleeding doctor isn’t concerned?

Question

I am almost 13 weeks. I called my doctor and he said if it’s not bright red and no cramping then it’s fine? And that a lot of women bleed during pregnancy. This is my 4th and have never bled with my other 3. 
I know each pregnancy is different but is this really common and to look like this? I guess I’m just looking for some type of piece of mind.

Normal. Just watch it. If it gets heavier or you have any pain call again. 
That also might look like a lot but it looks like it’s mixed in with a lot of other discharge. That can make it a little deceptive.

I started getting very light pink spotting too but my doctor told me as long as it’s not red, with clots, or heavy like a period or heavy cramps then it’s fine, just to watch it and call if it gets worse

I had some spotting earlier this week too. I was 13w 5days. I went into the dr panicked, as this is my third and I’ve never had bleeding this late. She heard the heartbeat and checked my cervix and all was fine! If you’re not having cramping I wouldn’t stress too much!

keep an eye on it, if you see it getting heavier or see clots with cramps definitely see a doctor or go ER, other then that its just normal spotting,
 with mine it was a much heavier and dark red flow like a period and found out at my follow up scan it was a placenta that my bleeding was from.

I am 13 weeks 3 days and started spotting 3 days ago. It’s still ongoing but getting lighter. My dr said if it’s dark red-brown and no cramping I shouldn’t be worried about it. I would still recommend informing your obgyn
