C-Section at 36-38 week due to Hypertension
I have chronic hypertension that has been under control for a while now. Even at 24 weeks my blood pressure is under control. I take medication and a baby aspirin. My doctor dropped it on me the other day that I will need a c-section between 36-38 weeks because they fear that my blood pressure will spike. Has anyone had this happen to them? I’m concerned like will baby be ready? I know that’s full term but how about if they don’t feel ready. Can I fight my doctors to give me more time if my blood pressure is stable?
