Taking waterproof mascara off

How do you get waterproof mascara off without makeup remover? I tried using a wash cloth with warm water and even a baby wipe but it still leaves quite a bit of mascara on my eyelashes. I looked up homemade makeup remover but most of it takes things like fresh aloe Vera gel, coconut oil, witch hazel and etc that I don’t have. Please help! I hate feeling like I’m going to sleep with makeup on my face! Side note: I just received the mascara as a Christmas gift two days ago and I didn’t realize it was waterproof until I put it on.
