My LO has a dairy allergy and soy intolerance.

We have gone through so many formulas.

Our last was Alimentum, now it’s Elecare. She never had reflux and had silent reflux with this one like crazy and it SCARED ME.

We got prescribed Famotidine, but I’ve been reading it’s not very effective and can take a while to even begin to help.

I hate Elecare, but I she can’t tolerate any other formulas.

I read about mixing cereal in the formula to thicken it?

Can anyone offer any suggestions or advice 😭
