I nurse before and after but won’t be giving my baby water until much later.

Only a few small sips. My twins tend to get a little constipated so a few sips help with that.

I don't start my kids on solids until six months, but I always introduce water with the solids. My first two both refused bottles entirely and didn't accept water until they were drinking out of open cups even though I tried. My little one will be 6 months the day before Christmas Eve. He does take a bottle so I think he will take a little better to water than they did.

I alway put water into his cup in the morning when preparing his first bottle and give him sips throughout the day
