She dropped to one nap and no matter how much I tried she wont take an afternoon nap.

Wakes 7.30ish has milk

Breakfast 8.30 ish

Nap 11.30/12 typically for 1 hour could be less or thr odd time has been 1.5 hours

Lunch 1.30ish

Dinner 5

Bath 6 30

Bed 7

Ahe will then wake 2-3 times most nights but bad nights you're looking at 5+ times.

It baffles me how she can sleep 5/6 hours one night and then another night only 1 or 2.

Routine is always the same im forever questioning what am I doing wrong. Is she waking because she's hungry,cold, overtired.

She's breastfed and been like this since birth
