Rant. Husband and mother in law

Lately I’ve felt more alone then ever before. My husband has shifted attitudes. Or I should say back to the way he was. He was a mamas boy and the only women he cared for was his mama. He called her 6 times a day, 30 min each convo, they walked in on each other when showering, she checked his penis at 23 years old to make sure it was okay. She would always touch his butt, kisses him all over his face and neck, etc. he met me and I didn’t really like any of that and after bitching and moaning for a couple years he finally stopped putting or acting like she was the wife. He talked to her once a week and touching like that was no longer appropriate. Well here we are and they are constantly texting each other with the “😍😘😘🥰” telling each other how adorable each other is and etc. The only time he ever tries to spend time with me is for sex. That’s when he says “you’re looking hot” and then he gets what he wants rolls over and is back on his phone. I stay home with our daughter and have a son on the way. He basically ignores the fact that we are having a son. He says “how’s the little one” and I ask what one and he says “our daughter” even though I’m due any day he just ignored the fact of our son. He hasn’t bought him one thing. He tells our daughter how precious she is and that she is so beautiful and he loves her so much and he just ignores that I’m pregnant. God I can’t even get a compliment. I get “you look stupid”

For Christmas he let me know that he isn’t getting me anything because we simply don’t have enough money because he already took out a 1000$ loan to buy his mom some stuff. Which whatever but I had to beg for him to get our daughter 5 things (we spent $50 on her) and he feels we went all out for her with 5 things. I don’t have a issue with my FIL it’s just the relationship with my MIL and husband feels weird and my FIL agrees. He constantly is telling her to stop touching him like that. Idk. Rant over.

Edit: I did tell him everything you just read. He tells me he is sorry and changes for literally 2 days at most and is back on his moms tit. Last night after all the bs he told me I just sat in the shower and cried for a hour. Where did my husband go. It’s like he left me for another women but it’s his mom? My family won’t let me stay with them. They think because we have kids it’s up to me to suck it up for the kids sake
