8 days late , advice ?

So my partner and I have been trying for some time now and last month was my second month of letrozole. We baby danced about every other day as well as used preseed during ovulation days . I have been telling myself to wait the full two weeks to test but I’m starting to become uneasy. I haven’t had symptoms like nausea but have had very tender breast , a few headaches and have been using the bathroom way more and a sensation of having to use the bathroom even if it’s just a tinkle. Random low cramps here and there.Oh and very strange but my face has become oily to the point it bothers me and I have to wash my face a few times a day. Do these sound like reasons to test or should I wait . I suffer from irregular periods but these last two months I’ve gotten it back to back.

Obvi id love a little advice :(
