I am 34+1 weeks pregnant. I have had 2 previous miscarriages before and feel like I have been holding my breath this entire pregnancy waiting for the other shoe to drop. I have been journaling and have been going for walks to try and ease my anxiety. But this last week I have been constantly anxious about stillbirth. Is this normal? Or does anyone have any suggestions of how to deal with this anxiety? I have been told at all my ultrasounds and appointments that baby is healthy, but I just can’t get rid of this feeling. I feel like I’m going crazy..
