There really aren’t any pregnancy symptoms that aren’t also symptoms of something else.
The only way to know you’re pregnant is to take a pregnancy test.

For me I was literally so tired all day everyday for the first few weeks, breasts hurt so bad and mild cramps and definitely food aversions for every food I ate for the first trimester

At 4weeks(when period was due) I had period cramps and I really thought my period was about to start even though I already knew I was pregnant. I also had a very heightened sense of smell, a lot of smells made me gag. 
I had very little symptoms until 10wks. I was extremely exhausted, couldn’t keep my eyes opened and slept most of the day.
