Painful uterus cramping
Baby girl born 12/8/2020 and the first week was fine, bleeding was subsiding and I was getting used to breastfeeding. Then all of a sudden 2 days ago, 12/17, I started having major uterine pain, like contractions level pain. Could barely move. Took Motrin and Tylenol and it’s bearable now but still aches a lot. I Googled my symptoms and it appears to be after-pains (involution) which I’ve never heard of before. Anyone else experience this??
