Positive after missed period.
Has anyone gotten a positive pregnancy test after there missed period? I've been on letrozole for 3 months now and it's made my periods very very regular(morning of the 19th of the month). Well low and behold Af didnt come yesterday but I've been getting all negative test including this morning. Could I still be pregnant? Been trying for 3yrs for #2 and I dont want to get my Hope's too high. Plz comment your experience with late positives. Thank you!
