Okay so I got my first flashing smiley yesterday morning! BUT confused as to when I’m suppose to start bd because I only have thin creamy cloudy cm? Can someone explain to me if this is normal or not? When should I start bding?

Answer

First you estrogene rises, this will give you fertile cm. The flashy smiley is from a rising estrogene level. So you’ll probably have more fertile cm very soon. Check multiple times a day and report the most fertile at your chart.
