Should I Be Worried?

Hey guys so I’m on sprintec and I take my pills every day on time never missed a day. Usually my boyfriend & I use protection but there was a couple of times where we didnt use protection & I immediately stopped him after a few seconds into it because I didnt feel comfortable because I have really bad anxiety and get stressed really easily. He didnt finish or anything but I have been having some sharp quick poking like pains in my lower stomach towards my ovaries and I had a sort of nervous feeling for a couple of days at the beginning of the week. Could this just be pms symptoms since my period is 8 days away or should I be worried?
