The Enfamil one is SO nasty! I totally agree. My girls pee and poo smells like it all day after giving it in the mornings. We do still give it because her Pediatrician said it’s best unless she absolutely won’t take it. She’s a good sport about drinking it, but she doesn’t like it. ☹️

I ask because my 7 month old baby is having issues with solids and can’t eat many until we test them so he’s mostly getting nutrition from my breastmilk (not additional vitamins or iron from solids). We are trying Enfamil’s multivitamin with iron and it is NASTY. Makes my baby gag, stains, and smells like blood so I don’t blame him... will likely stop using it and try to find something else.
