Late ovulation with spotting while on clomid?

Hi ladies. So I took clomid this cycle from day 5-9. I started testing for ovulation on day 11 but did get a positive till day 23. Was having sex about every other day from day 13-18 and every day from day 19-23. On day 22, right after sex, I had some spotting. Same on day 23. Could I have slightly injured my cervix (I mean, that’s a lot of sex in row - at least for me!) or could this be ovulation bleeding? I mean, it can’t be my period if the ovulation strip says my LH surged the same day I’m bleeding?!

I’m so frustrated and confused.
