Short period

Ladies! So I had the nexplanon and got it taken out in like April? I am

on birth control and my periods are getting better only lasting 5-8 days when I have a regular cycle... well my cycle this week was only two days and it was really thick then on the third day it was just the brown like the end of my cycle is... SO MY QUESTION IS SHOULD I BE WORRIED. (Also I had sex right before and after my placebo week...)
