Anovulation pos opk

I’m on say 6 of anovulation bleeding (obgyn said it was anovulation) and I just got a positive opk. Bleeding is extremely extremely light but I’m confused about bleeding and still getting a positive. Also having bad right ovary pain could be from a cyst but I’m not sure ( I have PCOS)
