It’s one thing to cheat. But to cheat AND they end up getting pregnant?! No. Because now him & her are tied together for life, even if they’re not a couple. They’ll constantly be connected. So if you stay you’ll now have to have a life connected with her too

It’s so funny to see this post. I’ve said from day 1 to my husband that this is my absolute worst fear and I will 10000% drop everything in a heartbeat - the second I hear this happens! Anything else, we can talk about but this....NOPE!

Cheating is always going to be a dealbreaker for me. I’ve told him if he ever wants to fuck some other person to give me a heads up text and say, “gonna have sex now” or some other short bullshit. And after we can deal with it, i just don’t want lies. He knows my stance. I’ve seen cheating make children grow up without fathers, put someone in jail, ruin marriages (more than a couple from the same event), and more, hurt kids who had nothing to do with it. I will not stand for it. I’m sure we can find a way to be amicable, especially if we have kids, I will not put my kids through what my parents put me through with their shit, but the relationship ends immediately is over the second one of us has sex with someone else. We’re on the same page and he knows I’ll find out so I’d rather he just tell me and obviously if I were going to fuck another human I owe him that same respect.

Probably a dealbreaker, but I guess it depends on the situation and what he’s doing to show me he is sorry for stepping out and is working to improve how he deals with things. I love kids so I think I’d be able to love that child and I would hope he’d be an active father figure in their life.

Definite deal breaker. It’s one thing to cheat but with hard work trust can be rebuilt if both parties are willing to do the work. 
However, if the cheating resulted in a child? No fucking way. I could never get past the infidelity with a daily physical reminder like a child. I would have so much resent for everyone; the child, the mother, and my partner. I would become bitter and hateful and that’s not fair to anyone.
