I was on nexplanon for almost 6 years. 
I got it removed in August 2020. Met my soulmate in September 2020 and we have been having unprotected sex. But I haven’t gotten pregnant. Should I be worried?

No. It takes an average of a year to get pregnant. A few months isn't long enough to be worried. You need to give it more time.
