when af showed up last month( first month without contraception) I had really bad cramps and bleeding for 5 days my only pms was the usual headaches and that was a 35 day cycle.

This month on cycle day 25 I spend the hole day with nausea and dizziness and af showed up unexpected I had no headaches no cramps apart from a little cramp on my left side but nothing compared to last month

I’m not bleeding a lot compared to last month which I had to change my pad every hour. Question is is it normal for my pms to change every month? Yesterday I had nausea and dizziness too and my boobs are still really sore
