Positive OPK cycle day 7-10

So I am astounded for words!! I had spotted from the 12th to the 15th and then had medium bleeding for 2 1/3 days till the 18th. Well not even 2 days after I felt cramping but no more blood so by chance I took an ovulation test and got this!!! Mind blown. Hoping for a positive Test in the new year
