If tube and ovary is on the same side your chances are great
I have one tube and both ovaries (previous ectopic resulted in removal of left tube) and my partner and I conceived first cycle after the ectopic, I ovulated from the tubeless side too
The remaining tube can pick up an egg from the opposite ovary however it only happens about 5% of the time

Oh thank for the encouragement! My right ovary and right tube are GREAT so hopefully we won’t struggle. We got the call from our dr today and they’re not worried and we are officially off birth control, on Metformin and finger crossed for only a few cycles because BFP
