How long?
I know dilation and effacement can mean nothing. I’m almost 38 weeks. A few days ago at my dr appointment I was 2 1/2 dilated and 60% effaced. I’ve had a lot of mucus discharge like a lot a huge glob the size of a tennis ball. How long after did you go into labor ? Dr also said he could feel her head and could push it with his fingers lol.
