3-4 Days Delay

I don’t know what to feel..Its my first time to experience this kind of delay..i am very regular when it comes to my period. Ive tested PT yesterday Morning(3Am) that was 13-14DPO i think and its negative. I don’t know why..Im so worried. Can someone enlighten me?
