Vaginal itch

So I’m having this problem where my vagina gets very itchy and dry and at first I thought it was just a yeast infection and used stuff to help that and it went away for a good week but now it’ll get super itchy to the point where I sit there itching myself profusely and I’ll be super red and sometimes even start to bleed. Also on my outer vagina lips it looks as if I have a big wide paper cut with skin peeling? On top of that it gets very puffy inside .... I have no clue what this could be and if anyone else experiences the same thing what could be of help at home because I don’t want to make a dr visit if I don’t have to.....
