Ovarian cancer?

You guys I had an mri last week due to having a 7 cm size cyst on my ovary. My fertility dr wanted to make sure it was not cancerous. I got my results today- the dr was not in the office so she has not reviewed them. I’m not sure if I should be freaking out or not. This is what the “impressions” read from the specialist. 
Anyone else have anything related?

First of all - this is so not ok that they have given you these results without a consultation. I'm really sorry that you're having to go through this stress. 
Is there another page to the report? Generally the reports I get will have a lot more info and wont end quite so abruptly. 
Based on what's written there it is concerning, but it's very hard to determine what it is based purely on a scan. Generally you will need to have bloods done and most likely removal of the cyst as the next step. 
I would suggest calling your doctors office ASAP and getting some answers. I hope it all works out ok

Just to update. My fertility dr ordered the mri and she is completely delegate from the hospital that did the actual scan and I got the results from them through the patient portal. I did speak to her today though. She is making a referral to an oncologist so they can do their work up on me and go from there. Not good timing. My grandma just died from cancer Saturday too. Ugh. I just want a baby.

I don’t believe that just because it looks like it could be malignant it means it definitely is. The next step will likely be surgery to remove it and then wait for pathology to determine if it’s malignant or not. Stay on your drs office to get an answer. Completely inappropriate to release those results to you that way.

It's crazy to let you pick up results until the doctor has reviewed them as it must cause so much worry. 
It doesn't sound overly positive but obviously isn't conclusive. Maybe they'll want to remove or do run more tests. I also would try not ti worry at this stage and wait until you speak to your doctor. The worst thing you can do is search it on the internet so try not to do that!
