Fever-Like Body Aches??

Question

38w4d and I have fever-like body aches but don’t have a fever. This is also the first day I’ve felt what I believe is contractions (my whole stomach aches). 
I’m going to call my doctor before my appointment tomorrow morning because I’m worried it might be a Covid thing but the only place I go is to the doctor so I’m like what the hell!? 
Anyone else start feeling sick right before labor?

I’m at 39 weeks. Yeah my upper back aches, feel nauseous often the past couple of nights. Tolerable contractions that are worse when I’m sitting or resting. Was 2cm, 50% 5 days ago. But nothing is screaming “call the doctor” to me. I also have been nowhere but my obgyn for at least two weeks.
