Advice please 😢

I had my second ultrasound sound today and I’m suppose to be 7 weeks and 4 days. She told me that they still couldn’t detect a heartbeat and I’m not measuring where I should be/not seeing as much growth as they would have liked (putting me around 6 weeks 4 days) and that she recommends I get into an actual ob ASAP to test my hormone levels & I’m still at the risk of miscarriage. But she said she saw the yoke sac and something in the gestural sac as well. I just need some advice right now. I’m in tears over this.
