Since yesterday I’ve felt horrible. I know it isn’t Covid or the flu but I’m not sure if it’s mastitis or a clogged duct. I don’t have any redness or a fever but there is a small lump. I have a headache and I’m cold, my body aches and I just feel exhausted. My body is sensitive to the touch so even if I were to touch my own arm it just aches and feels sore. My throat feels alittle irritated as well and when I swallow my ears hurt a tiny bit like when you’re sick. I also feel nauseous sometimes. I wasn’t too concerned until it got worse and didn’t go away because I felt like this in the past with a clogged duct.

Does this seem like just a clogged duct or mastitis? Waiting to hear back from doctor..
