Brushing teeth anyone? 🤢

I wanna know if I’m the only one who can’t brush their teeth in peace, I always gag and yesterday was the first time I vomited after brushing my teeth. ( I’m 10 weeks and 4 days) Any suggestions or ideas on how to stop this? 🥺

Someone said cinnamon toothpaste worked well! Also, I would get up and eat a small snack, granola bar or toast. Then, so back and brush them later in the morning.

That was me my first pregnancy! Soon as i would put toothpast in my mouth, i wamted to throw up! So i used to just put my head down towards the sink ans bruah quickly as possible! And try to keep ypur mind elsewhere and npt think abt it. It helped sometimes 🤷‍♀️

Happened to me at least a few days a week for about a month. I thought it was the mint but him nor mint choc. Chip ice cream caused the gagging (and occasional puke). It has seemed to just remove itself for me finally.

Yes yes yes this happens to me I've thrown up from it. Brush slow, try not to forcefully go far back, ease your way to your molars. Good luck, I know it sucks

Same! It’s so brutal! I get sick almost every time, morning and night. It was the same for my first pregnancy too and lasted until 20 weeks! 🤢 12 weeks today so hoping it stops sooner this time around. No tips, just saying I’m with you and stay strong! 💕
